FAQ

Is it safe?

Yes. Your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at the moment we receive it, stored in per-user isolation, and never logged. We can't see your other Claude usage — we only see what passes through our system. You can rotate or delete it with one click from your dashboard. Your Anthropic dashboard will show you every call we made (labeled as coming from our server IP).

Where does my Claude key go?

Encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), scoped to your account. We verify it with a single 1-token ping when you paste it, then we only decrypt it inside the build pipeline. Never sent back to your browser. Never logged.

Do you see my prompts?

We process them server-side to route. PII (emails, phone numbers, credit-card patterns, common API-key shapes) is scrubbed on ingest. We don't train on your data and we don't share it.

What models are supported?

All current Sonnet and Haiku model IDs. If you can call it from your Anthropic account, you can use it through Builds.

How do you make it ~20× cheaper?

Proprietary infrastructure. That's all we say. Your side of it is just: paste the key, add a card, build. We handle the heavy lifting server-side.

What if I want to leave?

Just stop buying packs. There's no subscription to cancel. Rotate or delete your Claude key from /settings. Your Anthropic account is untouched — it was always yours.

Is there a free trial?

Not right now — v1 is buy-a-pack-to-start. The $10 Starter pack gets you 15 runs (or $25 = 50, $50 = 120). No subscription, credits never expire.

Can I auto-top-up?

Yes, opt-in at checkout. If you tick "auto top up another $10 when I run out," we charge the same card off-session when your credits hit zero and credit 15 more builds (the Starter pack). It's off by default — no surprise renewals.
